Stuck In 1979

I drew this earlier today in 15 or 20 minutes. It's basically what I would probably look like if I dressed as though I'm from the late 1970s.

Enjoy.

My God, I really AM stuck in 1979! o_O

Independence Day 2012

Just last week, my family and I headed to Seattle to celebrate Independence Day. We got to visit our old friend the Space Needle (which is celebrating its 50th anniversary), watch the fireworks, ride the monorail, and so much more. Here are a few pictures I took.

The Space Needle, I recently learned, was one of the many projects to come from the Century 21 Expo of 1962, where people came together and made futuristic objects that at the time were believed to be the stuff of science fiction.

In this photo, you can see Downtown Seattle.

Here's the Space Needle up close. It's funny how, even in the 21st Century, it's still ahead of its time.
Here's the place we stayed at. It was alright, but not the best experience. Mostly because there was nothing to do. This was taken at the Needle's observation deck.

Puget Sound has never looked more vast.
Some more of Downtown Seattle.
At Lake Union, these boats have taken their place for the fireworks show.

Here's almost all of the lake.

Big city + tons of people = big noise!

Told you about the 50th Anniversary thing.
The Space Needle behind the ampitheatre.
This huge thing made of rusted iron overlooked us all at South Lake Union.

This is only a small amount of the people that were there.

I had a great time up there in Seattle. :)

Wiley Needs A Hug :'(

I made this picture myself, I drew the line art on my DSi and colored it in on Microsoft Paint. After an hour of painstakingly clicking, here's the result. Enjoy.

I'll try to get around to blogging a bit more. I've got kind of a busy life being 15 and all, but I have plenty of time to kill making these. I'll catch you guys later.
